Requests from our younger members to use “The Gym,” have resulted in our personal trainers developing a class to pass on their skills & knowledge to our youth on how to use the weights equipment correctly & safely.
The class is for children 12 years and over and consists of training sessions on our cardio equipment and pin loaded weights machines, while preparing the children for training on their own.
