Pilates

Pilates is based on breathing, core strength and creating long, lean muscle tones and especially effective in rehabilitation exercises.
Through Pilates, muscles are lengthened to give more defined and sculpted body shape. Pilates promotes a leaner look whilst enhancing coordination and balance.

All Pilate’s exercises are adaptable for a pain free workout. Activities will vary intensity as appropriate to your level.
