BODY PUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  This 60-minute non impact workout, starting with a general all body warm up leads on to challenging all your major muscle groups by using the weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls and your choice of weights.

The focus is on correct lifting techniques, the use of lightweights and high repetitions, which give a well-toned and lean body in a matter of weeks.  Pump combines all the benefits of a cardio and weight workout.
