Boxercise

This class caters to people of all ages and fitness levels. Boxcerise consists of a warm up followed by a combination of punch drills, sprints, light weights training, bag work and stretching. This in turn helps improve your strength and flexibility.

This circuit class has been designed to work each muscle group and can be adapted from beginner level to advanced, making it attainable for new recruits or a challenge for fitness fanatics.

  • Gloves provided for those trying out the activity 
  • Regular participants need to provide their own equipment
